Kiki groaned from her position on Terra’s left shoulder as the Naga made her way into the outer regions of the swamp. “Oh, my head is killing me.”

Rin eagerly crammed another fruit into her mouth, juice dripping down her by now multi-colored chin. For the past several weeks she’d been eating practically nonstop as her growth cycle kicked into full gear. She was almost as tall as Terra now, and her hair had grown down to her tail.

Rin slowly woke, keeping her eyes closed to get those few precious seconds of bliss before her mind began to work. She felt something soft and warm next to her and instinctively snuggled closer, draping an arm over it and pulling herself closer. “So nice,” she murmured.
